If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product up to 14 days from the date you purchased it for a refund.

To make a return or exchange Maxlume Ltd require you to contact us first.

All returned items must be in the same condition as you received them. All returned items must be in the original packaging, unmarked and undamaged and be returned to Maxlume.

Merchandise authorized to be returned that is not defective will be charged to a 25% restocking fee and return freight.

Hardware items ordered as separate products that have been returned will be subject to a restocking fee calculated at 20% of invoiced amount.

For any ‘Complete Light Fitting’ items, or ‘Made To Order’ items ordered and returned due to customer specification error or alteration, Maxlume may retain up to 50% of the invoiced amount. This includes most pendants, wall lights and table lamps ordered from our “complete fittings” section.

Any incorrect orders can be rectified once the the incorrect order is returned.
Please note, all returns will NOT include shipping costs unless it is a result of our error.

Also please return items to the address they came from.
